ACO Systems FastForm is a unique trench forming system for cast-in-place applications. FastForm is manufactured from reinforced 2-ply cardboard. Each former is a complete kit that produces a strong, lightweight ‘V’ shaped form. The assembly also positions and supports the steel frames for grates.   A 12” and 24” internal width trench forming system manufactured from 2 ply cardboard. Unlike Styrofoam forming systems, Fastform does not have EPA disposal issues and is shipped flat pack for economic freight.

Product Information & UsageUnlike expanded polystyrene forming systems, which are difficult to dispose of after use due to environmental issues, FastForm can be easily disposed of after removal. FastForm is flat packed, giving significant cost savings on freight.

ACO Drain is the market leading modular trench drain system and is ideal for commercial applications varying from gas stations to airport.

ACO Drain systems consist of factory manufactured channel units made from either corrosion resistant polymer concrete or fiberglass, together with grates from a variety of materials for all loading applications. ACO Drain systems are available in 4", 8", 12" and 24" internal widths, and all systems are available with a built-in slope.

• Cross brace keeps formers square at all times and aids alignment.

• Sloped (1.0%) formers - neutral formers in four depths and catch basins provide a complete trench drainage system. FastForm comes in 8ft sections.
• Installation instructions are printed on every 4ft lid.
• 2-ply reinforced cardboard provides a strong forming body that is easy to dispose of after use.
• Choice of grates - Class C galvanized bar grate or Class E ductile iron grate.
• Bolted grates - all grates are lockable with two 1/2 - 13 x 13/4” bolts fixing directly into the steel frame.
• Black coated or galvanized steel frame provides grate seat and locking points.
• Installation brackets provide simple and easy installation using No. 4 or 5 rebar.
• Inlet/outlet pipes can be created by positioning PVC pipe directly against the former prior to pouring concrete. Secure pipe in place to avoid movement
• FF300 12” internal width - trench system. (2ft section of former shown).
• Nelson studs attached to the frame act as concrete anchors to secure frame into concrete surround.
• Direction arrows on the sides of the former indicate flow direction and ensure formers are installed correctly.
• ‘Roll-up’ reinforces ‘V’ shape of trench.
• Internal reinforcement ‘Inner cell’ holds former square during installation and concrete pour.
